LS-TaSC 2022 R1

Version 2022 R1, started in the spring of 2021, contains the following minor features:

• The d3plot interface was updated.
• Surface designs can be exported to STL.
• Pattern and cyclic repetitions geometry definitions were added.
• *ELEMENT_SOLID_ORTHO is supported.
